4 x 20 minute yin yoga video sessions & 4 x 20minute yoga nidra audio sessions
Practices are organised into bite-seize 20 minute practice sessions to fit conveniently into your life.
You can practice each session on it’s own or play several sessions together to build your own sequences depending on your timeframes and preferences.
